My name is BEN MURPHY. I’m an American Artist and Entrepreneur living in Upstate New York. I am the Online Editor-In-Chief for the Infamous BE-MAG / Rollerblading Magazine. My other work includes TheFatherLife.com (Founder), Art & Design Work (available through Flickr), Writing (TheFatherLife.com column), work in the Non-Profit world (my day job is as an executive with an Upstate non-profit), and as an advocate for social change through ILovePoverty.com (founder).
I’m also a busy father of 3, a devoted foodie, a lover of punk music, art & design, old houses, and all things outdoors…
I firmly believe that we are obligated to do the best we can with what we’ve been given in order to transform the world around us. Our work shouldn’t just hang in galleries or exist on balance sheets. That’s why my website covers everything from art & design to responsible business and informed politics.
